- CHARACTERISTICS - Organic semolina pasta , 100% ancient Cappelli wheat (origin: Tuscany) . Rough surface, given by bronze drawing . Cooking time: 10 minutes .
- DRYING TIME – The noodles were dried for 3 days ( 72 hours ) at temperatures below 38 °C.
- NET WEIGHT - 500 g.
- IDEAL WITH -Tortiglioni are traditionally used with tomato-based sauces where the spiciness predominates, as in the Roman recipe all'arrabbiata and lamb or pork ragù. They are also very good au gratin with béchamel sauce, mozzarella and vegetables.
